- Only clients who utilized cleaning services in the month of the drawing will be included in the drawing.
- Only clients who occupy the home that was cleaned will be included in the drawing.
- New Clients and repeat clients are eligible.
- All new clients will still get their free room of cleaning promotion, but refund will be based on amount actually paid
- Carpet Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Natural Stone Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning are the eligible services for refund. (Refund does not apply to carpet protection or stone / grout sealing)

Integrity Cleaning Systems, Wants You To Be Part Of The Celebrations
When Travis Miklethun, a Phoenix entrepreneur, started his company he knew he wanted to set a higher standard in the industry. So initially he offered discounted cleanings to targeted clientele just so that he could interview them on what they liked and disliked about their previous service providers. The majority of the complaints he found really boiled down to about six main areas, namely:
Carpet cleaners who
- don't show up on time,
- oversell and under-deliver
- use high-pressure bait-&-switch sales tactics
- leave the carpet too wet
- track dirt thru the rest of the house and
- damage furniture and baseboards by dragging hoses across them.
The solutions that Travis came up with for these problems became the backbone of what he would later call a "World Class Service Experience." This, coupled with an innovative Realtor Partner program, helped launch their early growth, until the economy and real estate market crashed in 2008. According to Travis, he saw a 40 to 50 % decline in total volume within about two months, and it stayed that low for over a year and half.
This caused a complete revamp of their marketing programs to attract new customers and markets. Creative programs like Spot and Spill Warranties and Always Clean VIP Programs increased client retention. Referrals went up with special Referral Reward programs for carpet and tile retailers and veterinarians'.
Through its growing pains, the company has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and Travis has earned the classification of Master Certified Textile Cleaner and two advanced certifications in the area of Tile and Stone Cleaning. "I truly believe the company is stronger from our experiences and will be an even greater asset to our clients" says Travis.
Travis is married to Angela and they have four children: Kevin 18, Kaitlyn and Taylor twin 14 year-olds, and their recently adopted son Chris, also 14.
